At AHAVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Dead Sea mineral skincare. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of new or gently used items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
